Renters are free to use the caterer of their choice or to bring their own refreshments. All caterers must provide a Certificate of Insurance for liability and Workman’s Compensation insurance. Ewing Cultural Center does not provide equipment for the preparation or service of food and drink. Table skirting is provided at no cost. Tablecloths are available for purchase (disposable) or rental (white cloth), or they can be provided by the caterer.
The kitchen at Ewing is not approved by the Health Department for food preparation.
This list represents only those that have catered here in the past or have been recommended to us. If you use a caterer who has not worked at Ewing Manor, please ask the manager to arrange to meet with the Director at least 30 days prior to your event. All caterers must be approved by the Director. There must be a certificate of insurance on file with the Ewing Cultural Center at least 30 days prior to your event.
