Note:  There are no telephone or internet connections in the meeting rooms.

Setup

Image of man presenting at a meetingThe lower level meeting room can be set up for closed rectangle, U-shape, banquet, or theatre-style seating. There is a lower level foyer for food and beverage stations. On the first floor the dining room and sunroom are available for food stations and/or dining. The living room and library have comfortable seating for casual meetings. On the second floor are three small rooms suitable for breakout sessions for up to eight people.

Tables and chairs for interior setup are furnished by Ewing Manor. Tables and chairs for outdoor events are not provided. The renter must make arrangements for delivery, setup, and removal of tables, chairs, tents, and any other equipment for outdoor use.

Reservations

Image of people interacting at a meetingWeekend reservations require a small cancellation deposit to reserve the date. Fees for the event may be paid in advance or can be billed after the event.

There is a small charge for parking for groups of 50 or more. Please call the director for more detailed fee information and for information regarding private receptions.

Caterers

Renters are free to use the caterer of their choice or to bring their own refreshments.  Ewing Cultural Center does not provide equipment for the preparation or service of food and drink.  Table skirting is provided at no cost.  Table cloths are available for purchase (disposable) or rental (white cloth), or they can be provided by the caterer.
Note:  The kitchen at Ewing is not approved by the Health Department for food preparation.

Accessibility

Accessibility to all areas of Ewing Cultural Center involves stairs and uneven surfaces.
