Events
Ewing Cultural center is a lovely setting for a variety of
events. The meeting facilities are flexible enough to accommodate
a quiet business retreat for
40, a lavish reception for
200, or an intimate dinner for 50. Ewing Cultural Center each
year
hosts the Afrocentric Art Show, the Scotish-American Society’s
ceilidh, or gathering, and picnics on the lawn during
the Illinois
Shakespeare Festival, all open to the public. Ewing Cultural
Center is also available on a limited basis for weddings;
there are many areas both on the grounds and within the manor
that
are gracious settings for ceremonies and receptions.
